The problem is such a beautiful and clear example of the Hamburg theme that it was quoted
by Michael McDowell on Mat Plus forum and
by Gary Kevin Ware on ChessProblem.net.
In the
Hamburg Theme, a black piece's guard (bBh4) is changed (to bBc5), permitting a 'new' mate (Sd8#), but the change of guard is brought about by the move of another black man (1...Rh4).

Some of his works were quoted by Jespersen in the Danish problem anthology "320 danske Opgaver". P. Toft published an article about him in
Aarsskriftet 1943.
